Here are quite useful Redstone mechanism that will allow You to create an electric furnace. They are much better than conventional because it does not require any fuel (e.g., coal) to run. However, there are a couple of drawbacks - an electric oven is very slow, it can be supplied only in a certain region, as for the functioning of responsible command blocks.

This map includes three different mechanisms, fully functioning thanks to command blocks. All these designs can be installed in any place, but not more than 60 blocks from the main feeding station. Each mechanism is unique and has its purpose. They will greatly facilitate survival in their world of Minecraft.

This texture pack is very simple - it adds animation to some items in Minecraft. For example, sparks from the fire will fly only when the furnace is used for melting or cooking anything.  This is a very simple but necessary thing that makes the Minecraft world more interesting and realistic.
