Here You can find a few houses with chests, which contain pretty useful things  for survival. But don't think there is anything that You want. The remaining resources will have to produce yourself.

Futuretroplis a small, futuristic city located on the coast and near the plains biome. This is a gorgeous creation with a beautiful view. Most of the city is enormous skyscrapers, beyond the clouds. Perhaps there is something missing, for example,  the structures are hollow and without any interior. But, despite this, the city looks gorgeous, so You definitely should visit.
